The Influence of Performance Appraisal Justice on Employee Job Performance: A Dual Path Model

چکیده

Performance appraisal, as a powerful tool for human resource management, has become an important driving force organizations to achieve sustainability. However, only when employees believe that performance appraisal is fair can organization’s truly work and have positive impact on employees. Hence, based social exchange theory identity theory, we theorized validated dual path model explore the influence of justice employee job through engagement organizational identification. Survey data from 404 Chinese their direct supervisors in high-tech enterprises were analyzed using multiple regression structural equation modeling. Results indicate engagement, identification, performance. In addition, both identification partly mediated relationship between Our conclusions mean perceive appraisals, they will actively engage daily identify with organizations, thus improving performance, which conducive sustainable development organizations. The limitations implications future research practice are also discussed.
